Manatees are wild animals, so sightings and interactions can't be guaranteed. Our captains find manatees on 90% of trips or better, every day. If no manatees are sighted, you get a return voucher that never expires: free with Trip Protection, or $15 per person without.

Booking 3 to 5 guests? Other guests may join you, up to six total. Want the boat to yourselves? Book a private tour.
Just the two of you? If you're the only two guests on a shared tour, a $25 startup fee is collected at check-in and the boat runs with just the two of you. That turns a shared boat into a private one, which is not a bad deal! If another guest books, the fee is waived and they join your tour.
Your captain may move your departure by up to 1 hour, earlier or later, based on recent manatee sightings. It rarely happens, but one hour can make a huge difference to the day. If it does, you'll get at least 24 hours' notice.
Hire your own paparazzi for three hours. Our event photographer covers the whole trip, not just the manatees: putting on wetsuits, drinking hot chocolate, the whole experience. That's why it's non-refundable. Even on a slow manatee day, your trip still gets documented.
Event Photography packages cover up to six guests on one boat. Additional boats need an additional, discounted photography package.
Event Photography purchases are not refundable and aren't covered by Trip Protection. If you come back on a return voucher, you'll get 15% off photography for that trip.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Trip Protection provides eligible rescheduling and future credit according to its terms.
